Si se aplica un proceso de innovaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan estas seis fases, cada iniciativa de innovaci\u00f3n requiere una aprobaci\u00f3n expl\u00edcita para pasar a la fase inmediatamente superior. Con cada fase, el esfuerzo aumenta.
