The three parameters essential for the performance assessment are combined in the calculation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the availability of the plant,<\/li>\n<li>the output (output),<\/li>\n<li>the product quality achieved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You enter your production figures:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shift duration,<\/li>\n<li>Break times,<\/li>\n<li>Setup times,<\/li>\n<li>Downtime,<\/li>\n<li>Cycle times,<\/li>\n<li>Number of units achieved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The application calculates the availability according to a recognized method and assesses the output and quality level. From this, the application calculates the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
