It also allows you to target candidates who match your profile from a larger field of applicants. However, external recruitment can take longer and, depending on the channel used, can be more expensive than internal recruitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For external recruitment, you can take a multi-pronged approach. Print ads in national dailies or local newspapers are gradually being displaced by online recruitment platforms. In addition to headhunters suitable for top positions, social media recruiting options and &#8220;employees recruit employees&#8221; initiatives are available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose a placement platform that fits your company and is appropriate for the position being advertised.
