In these environments, a hybrid approach to projects is suitable. In any case, don&#8217;t forgo the feedback culture and don&#8217;t get too &#8220;stuck&#8221; on a project plan once it has been created. Many things only become known or visible during implementation. It would be negligent to then hide such new insights or to reproach someone who communicates such insights during the implementation phase for not having brought this into the planning phase. On the contrary, you should welcome and value such information. This is also a matter of cultural attitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-example\">Example: While projects are typically processed by Germans according to a project plan, Dutch people work in a more agile way by nature. During implementation, things that have already been decided are occasionally questioned anew.
