People must first be introduced to interests so that they can discover whether they are really interested or not. We know this from children, who have to be introduced to as many activities as possible so that they can recognize what they want to continue doing, be it music, reading or sports. Once the intention threshold is crossed, motivation is further maintained by directed will. The same is true for employees in organizations. And it is also true for organizations as a whole. Experiences and successes can shape the continued &#8220;natural&#8221; behavior of organizations.
