In complex environments<\/a>, it is not the better individuals but the better control systems that lead to superior organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Control systems live from the relationships and feedback between the elements involved in the systems under consideration. It is therefore primarily about relationships<\/a>. The French marketing professor Bernhard Cova aptly said, “The link is more important than the thing.” The Austrian-British economist and political philosopher Friedrich A.
