Then it makes sense to think about the location strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two questions to be differentiated. First: Does it make sense to continue operating several sites or is it sensible in the long term to bundle manufacturing at one larger site? Second, what are the short-term impacts of site consolidation, and can\/should they be borne?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Site consolidation promises advantages, but it can also bring disadvantages.
