Project management methods are not per se suitable or less suitable; their suitability depends particularly on the dynamics of the project environment. If the environment in which a project is to be implemented is not very dynamic, classical project management is recommended, but if it is highly dynamic, agile project management is suitable. Hybrid project management is suitable for cases between these extremes.
