Process Interfaces

Place great emphasis on the careful coordination of interfaces along processes. It is known from systems theory that natural interfaces are located where the least amount of information, material and energy needs to be exchanged in the process. Where are the natural joints in your processes? Perhaps previous interfaces should be moved slightly – to a natural joint.

But there, too, a constructive exchange must take place. At the interfaces, let expectations and possibilities “negotiate” with each other until both fit together. If certain conditions have to be created, it is worth having a coordinated interface here.
