Long-term bank loan: The classic loan

A common form of long-term financing is the classic bank loan. Estimate how much of your business should be leveraged over the long term. Because long-term bank loans are more favorable than short-term financing, such as an overdraft facility, try to cover these long-term borrowing requirements on a long-term basis. Talk to your bank’s business advisor to analyze your financing structure and, if necessary, implement an optimization of your financing structure.

In addition to a long-term bank loan, mezzanine financing could be of interest to you.
