Here is a template that maps the six phases of the common innovation process. If an innovation process is implemented according to these six phases, each innovation initiative requires explicit approval to move to the next higher phase. With each phase, the effort increases. Therefore, initiatives should concretize and compete with alternative initiatives to reach the next level.
- This template seems simple, but can be used extremely effectively for focus.
- When an innovation process is consistently applied according to these six phases, the company remains flexible because it deals with a sufficient number of innovation initiatives, but does not spend itself because it focuses on the best situational options.
After ordering, you will receive a download link to the template, which you can use immediately.
